Every order from Football Kit Zone ships free, worldwide, with tracking.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and quality-checked within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within around 15 days of being placed.
- Busy periods (new-season launches, Black Friday, Christmas) and remote areas can add a few extra days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email address. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.
Customs, duties and taxes
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on parcels. Any such charges set by the destination country are not included in our prices unless they are shown at checkout.
Address problems and lost parcels
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where a parcel is confirmed lost.
