We want you to love your kit. If something is not right, we will make it right.
14-day returns
You can tell us you want to return an item within 14 days of delivery, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including any postage costs.
Items we cannot accept back
- Personalised shirts (custom names or numbers), unless faulty.
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
Wrong size?
Check our Size Guide before ordering. If the size is not right, message us — we are happy to help with an exchange (subject to availability).
How to start a return
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
For change-of-mind returns the customer pays the return postage.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
